Janie Hensley Guinn

Guinn, Janie Hensley, age 89, of Knox County, passed away early Tuesday morning, August 7, 2018.
She was a member of Concord United Methodist Church where she also worked for many years. Janie was a loyal, loving wife and mother who loved to cook, entertain, travel and play bridge with her many friends.
Janie was born and raised in London, Kentucky but moved to Oak Ridge after High School where she met her loving Husband of 54 years Ray Guinn.
Janie is survived by her son, Paul Guinn; grandson, Joseph Ray Guinn; good friend and Joseph's mother, Kristin Guinn.
She is preceded in death by her husband, G Ray Guinn, her parents Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hensley and several brothers and sisters.
A Celebration of Janie's life will be held at Concord United Methodist Church located at 11020 Roane Dr., Knoxville, TN, on Friday at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends after the service and an interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
