Helen Maryann Zima passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Joseph Zima. Loving mother of Philip Stanley Zima (Beth Marie Zima). Daughter of the late Mary Ann and Anton Mozden. Sister of the late Andrew and Joseph Mozden. Grandmother of Anne Marie Brunson and Nicholas Philip Zima. Great-grandmother of Charlotte Quinn Zima. Mrs. Zima was a native of Chicago and a resident of Mandeville since 1997 where she was a parishioner of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte St., Mandeville LA 70448 on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at noon with visitation at church on Saturday beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Chicago at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses be offered in memory of Mrs. Zima. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
