01/30/1928 - 08/21/2018Richard Anton Willis, 90, of Escondido, CA, went to be with the Lord August 21, 2018. He was born January 30, 1928, in Barstow, CA, to Mary Elizabeth and Charles Brice Willis. He graduated from Barstow High School and married his high school sweetheart, Wanda Foster, in June of 1947. He went on to graduate from the University of California School of Veterinary Medicine in 1956. He owned and operated the Pasadena Pet Hospital until 2002. Richard is survived by his 3 daughters, one son, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. His wife, Wanda, passed away September 18, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at Silverado Memory Care at 1500 Borden Road, Escondido, CA 92026Please sign the guestbook at legacy.com/obituaries/pasadenastarnews.
