Cheviot - Richard W. Rothan passed peacefully Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of the late Wilma Rothan (nee Ewing), devoted son of the late William J. and Hazel Rothan (nee West). Loving brother of Nancy (Clifton) Musser and William D. (Sue) Rothan, step-father of Debbie Rothan, dear friend of Jim Schulten, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Rick is a veteran of the US Army. He was the co-owner of Rothan Towne Tavern, and later worked for Westside Paving and the City of Cheviot. Visitation at Rebold, Rosenacker & Sexton Funeral Home, 3700 Glenmore Ave., Cheviot, Thursday, 5 PM to 8 PM. Funeral Mass, Friday, 10 AM, St Martin of Tours Church. Burial with Military Honors to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Aubrey Rose Foundation, 3862 Race Rd., Cincinnati (45211). Condolences may be shared and donations completed online at www.rebold.com.
