Lawson "Lonny" Wooding Rowe, 78, of St. Augustine, Florida passed away peacefully on September 4, 2018 after a long illness. He was born in Harford, CT on November 3, 1939. He graduated from Bristol High School in Bristol, Connecticut and attended Central Connecticut State College.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Vicki Rowe. Mr. Rowe was predeceased by his mother, Helen, his father, Rolf, and his beautiful daughter, Nicole. He is now reunited with his family and his special pup, Molson.
Lonny was a commercial truck driver for many years, and a devoted antique car collector and restorer. He had an intense interest in history and was an avid reader of historical volumes. He was an active member of the St. Augustine Cruisers Car Club and loved to attend classic car and motorcycle shows. Lonny had a wonderful sense of humor and was always ready for adventure.
Family and friends may gather at Craig Funeral Home, 1475 Old Dixie Highway, St. Augustine, Florida on Saturday, September 15, from 2-4 PM.
The family wishes to thank Community Hospice and the compassionate staff at the Bailey Family Center for Caring. In lieu of flowers, Lonny may be remembered with contributions to the Bailey Center or the American Heart Association.
Craig Funeral Home Crematory Memorial Park is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear of the passing of an ole friend who had the same interest in cars. Haven't seen him in couple of yrs. Had lots of parties in our younger years. He will be missed.
