George Nicholas Hatsopoulos

George N. Hatsopoulos age 91 of Lincoln passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his residence. He was the husband of 59 years to Daphne (Phylactopoulou) Hatsopoulos. Father of Nicholas G. Hatsopoulos of Chicago, Marina Hatsopoulos Bornhorst and husband Walter Bornhorst of Boston. Grandfather of Zoe, Natasha, Christopher and Thomas Bornhorst of Boston. Brother of John Hatsopoulos and wife Patricia of Nassau, Bahamas. Brother-in-law of Alexis Phylactopoulos and wife Mariella of Athens, Greece. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather to honor and remember George for a period of visitation on Monday, Sept. 24 from 2:00-3:00 pm in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 17 Merriam St., Lexington. His funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm. Burial in Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln, MA.
