I'm still in shock about Brian's passing. I've known him since middle school and he has always been such a nice guy. My heart is just broken. Gone way too soon.

I remember back when I was in my early 20s and was always out doing my own thing and didn't attend the family gatherings to much. One day I received a Bass Master magazine in the mail and was surprised to find out that Brian had got me a subscription. Brian was about 12 years younger than me and just a kid at the time . I just think about that and wondered why he would do that for me.In later years when my parents house burned down he made some furniture for my mom and dad. Some years later my daughter had a house fire and even though I think he never met her he donated to a go fund me account someone had set up for them. Brian was a special person and made people feel like they mattered and I wish we could have let him know how much we appreciated his kindness and how much he mattered to all of us.
