MERRIGAN, Ruth
(Lucinda Ruth):
On Sunday 30th December 2018 at Te Mahana Rest Home in Patea, 10 days short of her 97th birthday. Wife of the late James. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Denis and Aileen (Hawera), and Margaret and David Feek (Palmerston North). Loving and very special Grandma to her 5 grand and 9 great-grandchildren.
Will be sadly missed.
A service will be held at St. Luke's cooperating Parish Church, 6 Oxford St, Patea, on Monday, 7th January 2019, at 11am, followed by her interment at the Patea cemetery.

Our deepest sympathy goes to all the families. Ruth was loved & admired by many and held much history of Patea. We can lovingly say it was a great delight when we had her around for a cuppa,to hear Ruth tell us she had her 21st at our house,put on by her friend Bunty.Several weeks later Bunty's grandaughter called into ours and in turn she went to see your mum.
Always enjoyed our chats. RIP dear lady

Deepest sympathy Denis &aileen & family margaret&david& family your mother ruth was a great neighbour to our family in patea for many a years sorry I noeline will not be with you at this time .i spent an afternoon with your mother in patea in December . My condolances to the family of the passing of a love one. I remember Ruth from the 1980's at St lukes church and from old folks card days.
