To Bill's family,
Offering deepest condolences on Bill's passing. I had the good fortune to have known Bill while I was a member of the Dew Dusters years ago. He was always happy and smiling and fun to be around. I have many fond memories of talking with Bill before and after the rounds. He was a Great man and someone to be emulated. God's Blessings to you all.
