Our most beloved Mother, Julia Ann Taylor, passed away to be with the Lord on March 10, 2019. Julia was born on February 12, 1936 to Leon and Lucille Greer of Augusta where she was raised on the family farm, and in the same home raised her own family where she lived until her passing. She cherished the land she called home where her mornings were spent on the back swing sipping coffee, listening to the birds, and watching the corn grow. She was united in marriage to Ronald Taylor on October 22, 1964 who preceded her in death in September 2004. Also preceding her in death is a brother Gorge Eddie Greer. Surviving are 7 children, Gary Stevenson, Lesa (Les) Rudloff, and Brent Stevenson all of White Pigeon, Kim (Len) Boekhoven of Parchment, Lori (Dean) Martin of Constantine, Roger Taylor and Vicki (Keith) Nagel both of Augusta, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her pride and joy in life was her family in which she recognized each of us for our individual contributions yet loved everyone with equal force. Her sense of humor was sharp to the very end with her Here's Jonny reenactment. Mom, your memories will continue to make us laugh until we see you again and although we love and miss you terribly, we know you love the views in heaven as you watch over us. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life around the campfire will be held at a later date for family and friends. Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Augusta Chapel.
