Aaron Karolinski, of Pearland, TX and formerly of Feeding Hills, was born on 12/22/46 and passed away on 6/14/19. He was predeceased by his Holocaust era parents Bernice and Jacob Karolinski. He leaves Sheryl (Greenfield), his wife of 52 years, his daughters Karie (John Sokolowski) and Rene (John Wheatley), his grandchildren Gibson, Rosalind and Jacob, his sister Naomi (Victor Jakas), his brother Carl, several nieces, nephews and "adoptees". Aaron graduated from Agawam High School in 1964 and attended some college. He had served in the Airforce. Aaron was a former city council member of Brookside Village in Texas, a DAV Commander and Adjutant and a member of the Hebrew Order of David. His funeral will be at the Ascher-Zimmerman Funeral Home on 6/24/19 at 1:00 PM with internment following at the VA Cemetery in Agawam. Shiva (Calling Hours) Monday after the burial to 5 PM & 7-9 PM and Tuesday 1-3 PM at the Captain Leonard House. Donations only DAV Chapter 195 Pearland, TX or GoFundMe for Aaron

I am so sorry to hear of Aaron's passing. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Sheryl and Aaron and I had a wonderful time while in high school. I have fond memories from that time. I will always remember Aaron for his smile and his kindness. He was an extraordinary person. God bless you all.
