Pic was born on Dec. 17, 1939, in Canandaigua and was the daughter of David and Ruth Brisco Hamlin. She was a graduate of Wells College.
Pic was a longtime member and treasurer of Palmyra Kings Daughters Free Library. She also served for many years as treasurer of Qholaqhoe Mountain Connections. Pic had been active with the Rochester Perennial Society for several years and was always willing to help serve in local activities such as Palmyra's Canaltown Days and the food pantry. She was an avid gardener and collector of many plants both inside and outside of her home.
The cancer that took her never, ever defeated her. Pic remained active, positive and decisive to the end.

I just learned that my sweet friend from so many years ago has passed. We were close friends during the years our children were babies. Will never forget her beautiful smile. So sorry we didn't connect a few years ago. She was a blessing to many.
