We send our condolences to the whole family. Gene has been a special friend through the years. It was always wonderful to receive his Christmas letter and phone calls, catching up on Trentino experiences and laughing! Gene and Lorraine always brought joyful noise every time they stopped in Windsor! And wonderful pastries too❤We love you all and are thinking of you during this sad time. Gene was one of a kind and will remain in our hearts! Love, Ezio and Robin

I'll always remember Gene Senior as a very nice friend with a great energy and personality, who spent his life long giving value and exloring with much passion any cultural link related to Trentino heritage.
Also his friendship and support to Father Bolognani, as well as his role as President of ITTONA for many years, stated his extraordinary committment and dedication for the whole Trentino community, in Chicago and in the whole Northamerican area.
I'll always keep in my memory his "nr 1... nr 2... nr 3 ... explanation points" through which he used to express each detail concerned with organizing a Convention or a journey to Italy/Trento. We all will miss him and pray for him and his family.
Hugs, Antonella (Emigration Office - Autonomous Province of Trento)
