Cynthia Victoria Malone
Celebration of life is Wednesday
Cynthia Victoria Malone (Cyd to many), 77, made her transition on July 6, 2019.
Born in Newark, N.J., she was a resident of Lawrenceville, Ga. She attended Essex County College and Rutgers University. She graduated from the Hopewell Bible Institute. She retired from McKesson as a contract librarian.
Cynthia was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Richard Malone; devoted mother of Crystal Oliver-Cobb, Atty. T. Omar Malone (Trista); dear daughter of the late Le Roy and Dorothy Oliver Sr.; cherished grandmother of Taya Wilson and Todd "TJ" Malone Jr.; loving sister of Patrick Wilson, and the late Le Roy Jr. and Salaam Kedar (Jeffrey Oliver), and stepdaughter of Gladys Oliver.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday at 12 noon at Sacred Heart Church, 76 Broad St., Bloomfield, N.J. Interment is in Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, N.J. Arrangements are by Whigham Funeral Home.
