Where do I start? I met you while I was working at CVS. (Seven years ago) You and I used to ride on the same school bus to and from high school. I always thought you were too cool for me. Until you asked me out, and we went to chili's for our first date. You were caring, loving and I'll never forget about you. You will always have a special place in my heart. (Even if we haven't spoken for a few years) To your family, Karen, Jenn and Ryan my heart goes out to all of you. Please know I loved Dan very much. He was my best friend. And Dan, I wish you peace and I hope you and your dad are looking down on your family beaming. Take care of them.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have always remembered my cousin from elementary school as such a sweet little boy, where I was two grades behind him. I loved him so much because he was always so kind to me and would play with me at recess no matter how "uncool" he may have looked by "schoolyard rules".
