I was deeply saddened when I went to play Pinnochle on Friday night and heard about Bob. He was a great guy and was a terrific League Commissioner, we will all miss him!

So sad to hear the passing of Bob. I know Bob from the USMC. We spent 2 yrs. together in the same company. Bob was a good man. Good Marine. Squared away as we used to say. He made Cpl before I did. No surprise there, as I look back. I was fortunate to have him as a friend in the Corp. Without a doubt he was a great husband, dad & granddad. Again Susan, I am so sorry for your loss. Wish we had that chance for dinner, as he & I talked about. If, in the near future, we are ever in your area I would still love to contact you & maybe still do that dinner. My thoughts & prayers are with you.
