Tom was instrumental, along with Joe Darrah and Dolores Monroe in getting me started in a 37 year quality assurance career. In 1968 I came to Lennox answering an add for.QC inspector. I had no experience in the factory or any other manufacturing job, and the three of them believed in me, and hired me. As a result I have had a very long career, with work I liked.
I'm forever grateful.
