Gerald R. "Jerry" Diehl

Gerald R. "Jerry" Diehl, 82, of Woodridge, IL, at rest February 11, 2020. Beloved husband and best friend of Joan Stoviak Diehl for 53 years.  Loving and caring father of Lisa M. Diehl and David M. Diehl (Sarah); grandfather of Thomas, Carson and Lauren Diehl; dear brother of Joanne M Liles (Clarence) and Daniel C Diehl (Dorothy). Mr. Diehl was a CPA and community leader.  He was a founding partner in the firm of Anders, Minkler & Diehl CPAs (now Anders CPAs + Advisors) and later practiced on his own, specializing on income taxes. Mr. Diehl was involved in the community serving on the boards of Catholic and public charities where in many instances he also served as an officer. Please join us for a Memorial Mass honoring Jerry's life on February 22nd at 11:30 a.m, to be held at St. Joan of Arc Church located at 820 Division Street in Lisle, IL.  Friends and family are also invited to join a gathering prior to the mass. This gathering will take place during the 45 minutes prior to the Mass in the Church Narthex .
