Anna Mongelluzzo (7/7/1930 – 5/11/2020) Anna Mongelluzzo (nee Kalitz) age 89 wife of the late Ralph Mongelluzzo passed away peacefully on May 11, 2020. Anna was born and raised in South Philadelphia. She resided for many years in SW Philadelphia before moving to Delaware County. Anna enjoyed playing bingo with her friends at the Collingdale and Ridley senior centers. She also enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family. Loving daughter of the late Margaret Hamilton and the late Harry Kalitz. Anna was preceded in death by her loving brothers and sisters Peggy (John) Paczosa, Harry (Chickie) Kalitz, Bob (Edna) Kalitz and Kitty (Bill) Barker. Also survived by her loving children, Loretta Jacobs, Nancy (Late John) Cubbage, Jack (Peggy) Curry, Kathy (Late Paul) Michel, Marge Curry, and Marianne (Daniel) McCormick, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Due to the current COVID -19 Pandemic services and interment will be private. Memorial service to follow at a later date.

So Sorry to hear about Mrs Mongeluzzo passing as I knew her . Grew up with the family from Shields street in Southwest Philly and remember Ann and my Mom Mary Proulx get together every afternoon for a quick cup of coffee and chat before Ralph came home and she would head home to fix dinner. This was like clock work every day and we kids were shushed from the kitchen so the adults could converse..Good memories, RIP Ann
