Mr. Peter Marino Sr.

Peter J. Marino was welcomed into heaven on December 24, 2020. Born on July 12, 1943 in Norristown, Peter was the beloved son to the late Joseph and Josephine Marino (nee Liotta). Upon graduating Bishop Kenrick High School, Peter went on to study at St. Joseph's University. He then married the love of his life, Martha J. (nee Phillips) and together they shared 56 beautiful years together. Peter spent over 40 years working for Genuardi Super Markets serving as their Senior Vice President of Frozen Foods and Dairy. Peter was a devoted husband, cherished father to Lisa A. Tyson (Lance), Peter J. Marino, Jr. (Ellen), Dana Dixon (Derek), doting grandfather to Peter (Crystal), Samantha (Calvin), Kristoffer, Emily, Zachary, Michael, Jared, Gabriella, Cooper, Reagen, Damon, and great grandfather to Lexi. Dear brother to Joseph Marino (Brenda), Uncle, Cousin to many and friend to all. Peter had a larger than life personality and loved to be with his family. Peter's dedication to his family was truly unmatched. Both Peter and Martha attended every event for their children and grandchildren who were their world. In his free time, he loved to golf, travel with his wife, attended Super Bowl games, and spent time with friends. Peter left such a loving impression on the hearts of all he met. He will be deeply missed by all who treasured him.
