She also served as an adjunct professor continuing her passion to help others in their quest to learn. Terry was very proud of the time she spent working as a Playboy Bunny at the Playboy Club in Dallas, Texas from 1977-1981. Terry touched the lives of so many people. She was described as bringing laughter, joy, friendship and love to others. She was inspirational and had the most kind and loving heart always going above and beyond to care for the needs of others. Terry was beautiful inside and out. She was witty but could easily be spontaneous and sarcastic which drew people to her even more. The world will not be the same without her smile, her laugher and her amazing sense of humor only she had. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Lake Pointe Church, 701 E. I-30, Rockwall, TX. In lieu of flowers, her daughter requests donations are made to Friends of the Texas State Vietnam Veterans Memorial P.O. Box 155 Cranfills Gap, Texas 76637. This organization maintains the memorial located at 1001 1st Ave in Dallas, Texas honoring Texans who served and sacrificed their lives during the Vietnam War. Terry was an avid supporter of all veterans however; she had a special place in her heart for Vietnam Veterans-particularly John and Jim Parrish. Please bring a mask and maintain proper social distancing during the service. Services entrusted to Charles W. Smith & Sons of Sachse, Texas.

I'll never forget living with Ms.Parrish when I was a student at DIFS. She made me feel like part of her family. Terry went above and beyond to ensure my stay with her was comfortable. I especially enjoyed our many dinners together, specifically her laughter. Thank you, Ms. Parrish for all the wonderful memories. May you rest with the angels.

Love,

Franco
