Karen Susan Whittier

NASHVILLE, TN- Karen Susan Whittier, 58, of Nashville, TN died Friday, July 16, 2021 in her mother's home after an illness. She was born in Radford, Virginia and has lived in Nashville for many years. Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master's in Education from Vanderbilt University. She was employed as Senior Assistant University Registrar at Vanderbilt University for several years. Karen was predeceased by her father, Dean Page Whittier in 2019. She is survived by her mother, Virginia E. (Johnson) Whittier of Nashville, and a brother, Ethan D. Whittier of San Jose, CA. Karen also leaves her aunt, uncle and cousins in Millbury, MA Funeral Services and burial in New Howard Cemetery, Sutton will be held privately. Arrangements are in the care of Lindquist Lundin Funeral Home, 36 Butler Street, Worcester, MA.
