Gregory Usher Obituary

Published by John F Givnish Funeral Home - Academy Rd on Jan. 23, 2022.
Gregory A. Usher passed away on January 23, 2022. He was 62 years old. Gregory was born in Westbrook, Maine to Pauline and Ronald Usher. He is survived by loving wife, Monica; devoted children, Alicia (Kenji), Nicole (Jimmy), Michael (Amanda), and Eric (Alison); grandchildren, Benjamin, Ella, Carson & Connor; father, Ronald Usher; sister, Kimberly; and his beloved dog, Penelope. He was a boatman, fisherman, horticulturist, craftsman, and chef. His favorite hobbies included betting on horse racing, projects around the house, immersing himself within new films, and watching his favorite team, The Philadelphia Eagles, play every weekend. Despite a tough exterior, he was kind, generous, and gentle around his dogs: Ellie, Boo, and Penelope. Monica and Family, We are so saddened about your loss. Greg was one of a kind. His generosity and wit will always be remembered. From sharing his delicious home grown vegetables to offering to loan out his tools. We will treasure our conversations in the backyard, over the fence. May he rest in peace
