To the Blanchard family,

I want to first offer my sincere condolences for your loss. I met Daniel not too long ago from work. From the beginning I adored him! I hope that in the short time I was in his life that I was able to bring him happiness and comfort. He brought joy to me with every conversation as he was witty, smart, charming, and full of determination! He will be missed greatly but has left his mark on many hearts ♥ I pray God comforts all of Daniels loved ones, and may his legacy live on ♥

The Blanchard brothers contributed in many ways to the post-restoration story at Mechanics Hall, and Blanchard Foods under Matt's direction continues their legacy. We fondly remember Phil and offer our sincere condolences to the Blanchard family on Dan's passing.

To Dawn, Chris and Robert: How fortunate we were to have met Dan those many years ago when he was dating Velma in Washington and I (Jackie) was her roommate. Although we have lived far apart for all of these years, Dan always treated us like members of his family. We will miss his warmth, his big Irish laugh and smile, and his most generous nature. Dan was a wonderful human being. We consider ourselves blessed to have known him. Our condolences to you and to all others who also knew and loved him. Jackie Lemire and Paul O'Leary

Dan was always a perfect gentleman and a gracious host. He was always willing to volunteer to host an ECB dinner meeting almost every year with the help of his staff and family. He was a pleasure to speak with and valued his friends and colleagues. I am sure that your family will miss him tremendously. I am honored to have know Dan for many many years and wish that I had an opportunity to have seen him more recently. Blessings to your whole family.
