Marie Ann Bendel

Marie Ann Bendel of North Wales passed away on February 6th, 2022, she was 85. She was born to the late Peter and Josephine (nee Zollo) Giradi in Glenside, PA. Marie is predeceased by her Husband William H. Bendel, her siblings Pasquale "Pat" (Kathleen) Giradi and Wally (Shirley) Giradi. Marie is survived by her children Marie (Tootsie) Schild, Samuel (Janine) Maugans, and Wally (Charlotte) Maugans; her grandchildren Samuel (Kristen) Maugans, Jacqueline (Jim) Gallagher, Susie (Shawn) Maugans, Brittany (Brian) Odonnell, Ronnie Schild, and Justin Schild; and her great grandchildren Fallyn, Jaxon, Jimmy, Mia, Kevin, Gabe, Salem, Conor, and Kilian. Marie loved her kid and grandkids. Her eyes would always light up when the great grandkids would come into her room and she always had snacks and candy for the kids when they came in. She loved bingo shopping, getting her hair and nails done, driving the school bus and dancing which she would do twice a week. She also loved traveling all over with her late husband. Some of the places they went were Aruba, Canada, Alaska, Florida, and many cruise ships. Relatives and friends are invited to Marie's Life Celebration at The Decker/Givnish Funeral Home at 216 York Road, Warminster PA 18974 from 10am until the time of her Funeral Service at 11am. Interment will follow immediately after at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to St. Judes Children Research hospital, PO box 3704 Memphis TN 38101.
