Blanche Lauria Fischer

Blanche Lauria Fischer, 81, of Southampton, MA passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Bruno Fischer. She was born on November 4, 1940 in Holyoke MA, and was the daughter of the late George Peloquin Sr. and O. Yvette (Cote) Peloquin. Blanche was a graduate of Holyoke High School. She was a member of the East Westfield Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Westfield. She worked for many years as a Circulation District Manager for Springfield Newspapers and The Westfield Evening News. She is survived by her three children, John Fischer, Helaina Fischer and Mark Fischer all of Southampton MA; brother, George Peloquin Jr. of Westhampton MA; sister, Georgette Fiszer of Caldwell ID. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, innumerable cousins, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband of 43 years, she was predeceased by her brothers, Laurice Peloquin, Rene Peloquin and Leo Peloquin along with her sister, Jeanette Burnett.
