Thomas M. Franchi Thomas M. Franchi, 79, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 9, 2020. He was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Staten Island, New York. After his marriage to his wife Josephine Ginesi, he moved to Jersey City where they raised their three children. He served in the United States Navy and was a retired postal supervisor for the East Rutherford Post Office.
