April 15, 2019 "My name is Michael Panzera. In the late 1960's and early 1970's I played football with the LI Tomahawks. I never realized what a great man and warrior and hero Roscoe was until I was much older and I too went to war. I do remember when my father Anthony, also a combat veteran and hero, introduced me to Roscoe. My father said, this is Dr. Brown. Roscoe, smiled and shook my hand and said call me Roscoe, Dr. Brown is my father. I will never forget that.
