Guest Book Highlights

December 28, 2018 "Same time, next year...will miss you, what a wonderfully beautiful man...we will meet again! Xxoo" - Denni Coslett (San Diego)
September 23, 2017 "I was a freshman at UW in 1969 and remember George as a star player. Although never at his level, my love of basketball gave me over 50 years of team ball. Ultimately the knees gave out." - Karl Entenmann (Gig Harbor, WA)
May 22, 2017 "I had the honor of caring for George while he was in the hospital. What a great man, full of energy and stories and a high spirit. I was fortunate enough to meet many family members and witness a great amount of love. Judy was always by his side and a wonderful advocate.

George will certainly be missed and on behalf of the staff in the IMCU we send our condolences to the family and friends. In the time that I cared for George he gave me great insight into what life has to offer and how to take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself. I will truly miss this man. Rest easy George." - Danny Almaraz (Seattle, WA)
May 18, 2017 "Pat(Smokey) and I will miss your humor, friendship, and love for family and friends. I loved golfing with you and learning the term " fast pay- fast friends". I became both of those over the years as many of your fellow White Horse Golfers did. We shared many things over the years and your courage during this last bout of cancer and lupus took every ounce of energy you had. You fought hard to the end being the true fighter you were. RIP friend. Smokey only wishes she could cook you one more pot roast without burning it! I loved it whenever you saw her you called her Smokey and then gave her a big hug." - Mike Clementz (Indianola, WA)
May 17, 2017 "I did not know Mr. Irvine personally. However, as a former Seattle Metro League athlete, I felt a level of kinship with him.

My first awareness of his basketball prowess came when Mr. Irvine played on those outstanding Tex Winter-coached University of Washington basketball teams during the late 1960's. I was in junior high school at the time and, figuratively, lived and died with my beloved Huskies.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of George Irvine for your immense loss." - Jon Eide (Walla Walla, WA)
