Chance Perdomo’s legacy
Born in Los Angeles and growing up in England, with both British and American citizenship, Chance Perdomo joined the National Youth Theatre after attending college at Peter Symonds College, then trained at Identity School of Acting. He made his screen debut in 2017 on “Hetty Feather.”
The following year, Perdomo cemented his place as a rising star when he was nominated for a British Academy Television Award for Best Actor for his role in the television film “Killed by My Debt.” That same year, he was cast as Ambrose in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” a role he played for 36 episodes through 2020, becoming a fan favorite in the process. In 2019, he was named a Star of Tomorrow by “Screen International” magazine and was honored with a Breakthrough Brit award by the BAFTAs.
Perdomo landed on another hit show in 2023 when he was cast on “Gen V,” a spinoff of Amazon’s superhero satire, “The Boys.”
On fan support for his character, Ambrose:
“I don’t even have words … It’s beautiful to have that kind of support for that character, and to see that the character is loved. It’s satisfying and gratifying for an actor to see that work has been received very well by fans. It’s lovely.”—Interview with Collider, April 2019
