Dolores Hughes was a star on the Reelz channel reality series “Hollywood Hillbillies.” The show was a real-life takeoff of the classic sitcom “Beverly Hillbillies.” Dolores, known as “Mema,” moved from rural Georgia to Hollywood with YouTube star Michael Kittrell. Also moving to California with her was Kittrell’s uncle, aunt, and the aunt’s boyfriend. “Mema” was a breakout star of the show who was known for telling it like it is. The show aired for 23 episodes in 2014.
