Acting career
Freeman’s first major credit was on a 2001 episode of “ER.” He made appearances on “Tru Calling,” “NCIS,” and Medical Investigation” before his two-season arc as serial killer Howard Epps on “Bones,” spanning several episodes from 2005 to 2007. Freeman had a regular role as Gavin Dillon on the 2008 legal drama “Raising the Bar.” In 2010, Freeman co-wrote and produced the indie film “Skateland,” as well as starring as Brent Burkham. He continued to appear in movies, including the upcoming “Devil’s Fruit” and “Terror on the Prairie.”
