At least eight people were killed in a shooting at Allen Premium Outlets, a mall in Allen, Texas, on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Several others were injured.
Here are the names of those who died:
Cindy Cho, of Dallas.
James Cho, 3, of Dallas.
Kyu Cho, 37, of Dallas. Born in South Korea and raised in Dallas, he worked as a lawyer .
Elio Cumana-Rivas, 32, of Dallas.
Christian LaCour, 20, of Farmersville, Texas. He was a security guard at the mall.
Daniela Mendoza, 11. She was a fourth grader at Cox Elementary.
Sofia Mendoza, 8. She was a second grader at Cox Elementary.
Aishwarya Thatikonda, 27, of McKinney, Texas. Born in India, she was an engineer.
