On April 29, 2020, Edith E. (“Edie”) Morello was reunited on Heaven’s dance floor with her husband Joe, the love of her life… Edie’s people skills and head for numbers served her well in a variety of jobs. A highlight was recognition in 1955 as Employee of the Month at Best Market, where she was Head Cashier. Edie loved time with family and friends, the Jersey Shore, casinos, game shows, butter pecan ice cream, and Marinelli’s. All the Italian bakeries in Easton knew Edie because she never went visiting empty-handed! She never forgot a special occasion, always sending just the right card with a sweet note.
