Emma Weigley taught nutrition at Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania, and she was a published author of articles and a biography of dietitian Sarah Tyson Rorer. She loved city life in Philadelphia, walking everywhere with her husband as they tried new restaurants and sampled shopping and cultural offerings.
