Enock Benjamin was a union steward at the JBS Beef slaughterhouse in Souderton, Pennsylvania, the world’s largest meat processor. He had planned to retire in two or three years. A native of Haiti, he was beloved in the local Haitian community. A friend said that he was always able to solve problems for people.
