Ernest Gonzales, 72, died on April 8, 2020, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma… After attending Weber State University, Ernie was employed at Hill Air Force Base before transferring to the Federal Aviation Administration. After retirement, he worked as a contractor, training FAA employees at the Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma. Ernie will be remembered as a man who would do anything for the people he loved. Family members and friends knew they could always come to Ernie for projects, knowledge, love, and important decisions… Ernie died of complications from contracting the COVID-19 virus. We want to thank the doctors and nurses at Mercy Hospital in OKC for their dedication to caring for Ernie and updating our family daily…
