Obituary
Helen Freeh Schreiber Taylor, born March 19, 1931, died peacefully with her children near in Doylestown on Saturday, May 2nd after a long battle with Alzheimer’s and a short one with Coronavirus… Helen graduated from Sacred Heart Nursing School with an RN, and was fond of telling the romantic tale of meeting her first husband Bob at the VA hospital in Philadelphia where he was her patient. After raising her family, she became a psychiatric nurse at Philadelphia State Hospital at Byberry and then Eastern State in Bensalem… She touched the lives of all she met with her kindheartedness, compassionate nature and endless curiosity. She was a voracious reader, an avid bridge player and a very competitive Scrabble player.

“Over the years I have had many great conversations with Helen where we shared satirical musings on the subject of talk radio.”
