Jeffery Bagby was a quality engineer at the Chrysler Kokomo Transmission Plant and a member of the board of directors at Fresh Start Ministries. He collected ancient coins and did DIY loudspeaker design. Bagby became the first person in Howard County to die of COVID-19.
