Age 88

Jack Murray was a controller for the concession business at Veterans Stadium, the former home of the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. His family said he was a loving and joyful father and grandfather who loved to share hugs and laughter.

Obituary

On Tuesday, April 21, 2020, of Philadelphia, passed at the age of 88… Jack spent his career as an accountant and controller and has been a member of the Lafayette Redeemer community for the past ten years. He will be remembered for his faith, laughter, love of life, and relentless optimism, even when it came to Philadelphia sports. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
