Joseph E. Joyce, 74, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Thursday April 9th, at Concord Hospital, New Hampshire, from complications caused by Covid-19… He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. He was the proprietor of JJ Bubbles, a tavern in Bay Ridge, for 42 years. He was also a retired school teacher as well as an employee of Lifestyles for the Disabled in Willowbrook for the past 13 years.
