Joe Tunney was a surveyor in the Philadelphia Streets Department for 20 years. He loved to sing – his brother said he would “sing a song at the drop of a hat.”
Joseph R. Tunney passed away April 10, 2020 at the age of 69… Joe was an accomplished lead singer in barbershop quartets and choruses in the Philadelphia Area. He was retired as a City of Philadelphia Streets Department Surveyor of 20 years.
