Fierro was a longtime resident of Martha’s Vineyard, where “Jaws” was filmed. After “Jaws,” Fierro operated the Island Theatre Workshop, a children’s theater in Martha’s Vineyard, where she was artistic director for 25 years. She was also a regular player at the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse.
