Louis Torres, 47, passed away on April 7, 2020. He lived with his mother, Lolita, in Briarwood, Queens. Both succumbed to the virus within 24-hours of each other. He is survived by his brother, Lloyd Torres, who remembers how Louis found joy in making others happy.
