Priya Khanna was a nephrologist in New Jersey. On April 8 her sister reached out on Twitter asking for a plasma donor, and reportedly found one the next day.
Even so, Dr. Khanna died a few days later of coronavirus. Her father, Dr. Satyender Dev Khanna, died of COVID-19 one week after.
