Robert Garff was a Utah political and business leader who was the Speaker of the Utah House from 1985 to 1987. He was the longtime chairman of the Ken Garff Automotive Group. When Salt Lake City hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics, Garff was chairman of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee.
