Sister Mary Regine Collins was a nun at School Sisters of St. Francis living at the Our Lady of the Angels convent in Greenfield, Wisconsin. She was known for her art, including a wood carving that is displayed at Cathedral of Mary Our Queen in Baltimore, Maryland.

Sister Regine is one of at least six nuns from her convent who have died of the coronavirus. The other sisters include Annelda Holtkamp, Bernadette Kelter, Mary Francele Sherburne, Josephine Seier, and Marie June Skender.
