I only learned of Bob's passing yesterday. He was a wonderfully sweet man. His late wife Agnes was my father's first cousin. I grew up playing with his children at their house in Moorestown, NJ in the 1940s and '50s. He was the family genealogist and we owe a lot to him for his research, which has been a big help to me in my own genealogical work. The world is a better place for Bob's having living in in for nearly a century. What is remembered lives.

My dad, Dale, and Bob had frequent meals together at Marquette. We loved the stories of his inventions and service experiences. He was delightful and is missed at the table.
