I met Val through my Grandmother, Nelda Hunter. They worked together at the post office I believe. I know my Grandmother considered her a very special friend. It was a treat to have her as an honorary grandparent at mine and Chris' wedding in 1992. She was a classy lady and as my Grandmother used to say she is good people!!! Val was such a sweet lady. She always had a smile for everyone in her pathway. I pray for comfort for the entire family at this time. She is in heaven rejoicing with our Lord.
