Junction City - James Robert "Jim" Dibari, 91 of Junction City, Ohio passed away at 12:45 pm on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio. Jim was born February 19, 1927 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Vincenzo James and Anna Epifano Dibari. Jim was a United States Army Veteran of WW II, serving in Japan; retired truck driver for Rush Creek Tile Plant until the closing in 1985; 1985 until his retirement he worked for the Perry County Engineers Office; he was an avid bowler and spent many hours at Fiore's Bowling Lanes where he used his talents to teach others how to improve their skills. Jim is survived by his devoted children, three sons, Robert "Mike" Dibari of New Lexington, Mark (Nancy) Dibari of Dresden and Vince Dibari of Junction City; two daughters, Lorie (John) Wolford of Trinway and Theresa Dibari (Jeff Luttrell) of Zanesville; 10 grandchildren, Stephanie, James and Anna Dibari, Jeremy, Tony and Kenny Wolford, Nick and Jamie Reyes, Rachel and Laura Luttrell; five great-grandchildren, Meadow, Isabella, Declan, Sophie and Ava; sisters, Mary Schooley of New Lexington and Rose (Carl) Mira of Bellevue; brother, Vito (Sally) Dibari of Sandusky; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and sister-in-law, Sharon Dibari. In addition to his parents, preceded in death by brothers, Rocco "Rocky", Anthony (Tony) and Eugene "Gene" Dibari. Calling hours will held from 4pm-8pm on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, Junction City, Ohio with Father C.M. Haddad as celebrant. Burial will be in Saint Patrick Cemetery with graveside military services by James E. Fisher Post #376, American Legion of Junction City, Ohio.
